Childhood Trauma Protocol

Create room for calm, safety, and reconnection. Our Childhood Trauma Support Protocol uses relaxing resonant sound, soft coloured light, and the Egg’s geometric harmony to encourage deep parasympathetic relaxation—the state where the body can prioritize regulation, repair, and a gentler inner pace. Sessions are fully clothed, non-invasive, and tailored to your intention (ease, grounding, confidence). While we don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions, many clients describe a calmer baseline, softer reactivity, and a clearer, more present headspace. This gentle approach can complement work with a trusted therapist or care team.

  • Core plan: 3-week series (weekly sessions)
  • Option to extend: continue to 6 weeks based on comfort and goals
  • Maintenance: every 2–4 weeks as desired, alongside your self-care or therapy

Preparing for Your Session

To make the most of your Harmonic Egg® experience, we encourage you to arrive relaxed, hydrated,
and free from distractions. These simple steps help your body and mind settle into a receptive,
balanced state.

  • Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.
  • Remove all jewelry and smartwatches to keep the energy field clear and ensure physical comfort.
  • Shoes are removed before entering the Egg — socks or bare feet are fine.
  • Silence and turn off your cell phone before your session begins.
  • Drink plenty of good-quality water before and after your session to help your body receive and integrate the energy more effectively.

During Your Session

  • Total time: Approximately 75 minutes
  • 15 minutes – Gentle check-in and intention setting
  • 50 minutes – Relaxation inside the Harmonic Egg® surrounded by healing sound and light
  • 10 minutes – Quiet integration and closing reflection

After Your Session

Take a few moments to notice how you feel. Continue to hydrate well and allow your body time to integrate the shifts that have occurred. Each session is unique, and benefits may continue to unfold over the following days.
